Celebrating The Best of British Design

Britain is know for its questionable weather, its Royal Family and classic dishes, but Britain is also home to a world of iconic designers that are known for dominating the world of interior design through craftsmanship, talent and innovation. Following a year full of uncertainties, British designers have powered through and continued to produce exceptional work that is recognised across the globe. We are celebrating the ‘Best of British Design’ with some of our favourite British interior designers, architects and collections below.

The Chelsea Barracks Collection by Albion Nord
Located in the affluent London district of Belgravia, Chelsea Barracks represents a historic collaboration between the finest master planners and creative minds in the architectural world, to establish an entirely new neighbourhood within London’s most esteemed enclave. The development celebrates the best of British design both internally and externally.

Chelsea Barracks has produced an exclusive collection of refined, British-made furniture and homeware, all designed by luxury interior design specialists, Albion Nord. Named ‘The Chelsea Barracks Collection’ each piece has been crafted by British artisans around the UK; built to last and to emulate the rich heritage of the former Barracks, whilst having a sleek sense of modernity. It’s a celebration of British craftsmanship.

Developers Qatari Diar engaged an elite group of London  based architects and designers at the top of their fields to bring together their combined expertise and knowledge of London to design a sustainable, residential  environment that responds sympathetically to the area’s history and heritage, including British architects Squire and Partners.
