· Astrium Services and IHS – the leading source of information, insight and analytics – have signed a partnership agreement to leverage satellite imagery for open source intelligence
· Astrium Services will provide satellite imagery and GO Monitor service access to IHS, supporting delivery of reliable news, insight and analysis in defence and security
31 October 2013 – Astrium, the world’s second ranking space company, announced that the GEO-Information activities of Astrium Services have entered into a partnership agreement with IHS, the leading global source of defence and security information, to deliver satellite imagery and services for intelligence analysis and reporting.

28-year-old Briton will join Yas Marina Circuit on the trip of a lifetime
The worldwide search for the ‘Run To Yas’ travel writer launched by Yas Marina Circuit and Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) is over. Following an online search that drew entries from over 100 people from countries as far away as Australia and Guatemala, 28-year-old Geordie Barrie from London, England was awarded the coveted assignment.

London, 15th October 2013: The Thames Valley History Festival, the first national cultural celebration of 2,500 years of British history, will run from 1st to 17th November in the historic towns of Eton and Windsor. Each of the 40 events will take place in a venue of historic interest in Windsor and Eton, and will range from lectures, panel conversations, Q&A sessions, to historical tours, photographic walks and much more.
